Privacy policy
Last updated October 26, 2026
KHANSTAR GLOBAL Inc. runs KHANSTAR. This page explains what we collect, why, and the choices you have. We follow Canada's privacy law (PIPEDA) and respect the rights given by the GDPR.
What we collect
- Account: your name, email address, language and country.
- Learning: the lessons you watch, your progress, notes, questions, AI coach conversations and certificates.
- Payments: handled by Stripe. We keep what you bought and when; we never see or store your full card number.
- Device and safety: the devices you watch on and playback records (kept 90 days), to stop account sharing and trace leaks.
Why we use it
To give you your courses, remember where you stopped, answer your questions, take payments, keep accounts safe and send emails you need (receipts, account messages). Marketing emails only with your consent. We never sell your personal data.
Who helps us
We share only what each service needs: Clerk (sign-in), Stripe (payments), Bunny (video and files), OpenAI (the AI coach receives your question and your first name, never your email), Google (when you book a coaching session in Khalid's calendar, Google receives what you enter there) and Resend (email). Some of them process data outside Canada under contracts that protect it.
How long we keep it
While your account is open. When you delete your account (Account › Privacy), your name, email, progress, questions, tutor conversations and notifications are removed at once. We keep payment records, because the law asks us to, and your certificates with your name, so anyone you showed one to can still check it. Records of who changed what keep no personal details and are deleted after a set time. Encrypted backup copies of the database are kept for 30 days, then deleted.
Your choices
In Account › Privacy you can download everything we keep about you or delete your account. You can change your email preferences at any time, or write to khansport.life@gmail.com. You can also complain to the Office of the Privacy Commissioner of Canada.
