Refund policy

Please read this before you pay. The first lessons of every course are free, so you can see the teaching before you buy.

All sales are final

Courses and coaching are digital: you get access the moment you pay. For this reason every payment is final and is not refunded, in full or in part, including when you change your mind, stop using KHANSTAR, do not finish a course or delete your account.

Coaching

You can cancel coaching at any time in your account. Cancelling stops the next monthly payment; coaching continues until the end of the month you already paid for, and you keep the course. A month that has started is not refunded, and neither are sessions that were not used.

The only exceptions

• If you were charged twice for the same thing by mistake, the extra payment is refunded.
• If the law of your country gives you a refund right that cannot be waived, we respect it. By paying, you ask for access to start at once and accept that, where the law allows, you lose any right to withdraw once access has started.

Payment disputes

If you dispute a payment with your bank instead of writing to us, the access paid with it is paused at once and ends if the bank decides for you. Write to khansport.life@gmail.com first: we answer quickly.
