These terms are a binding agreement between you and KHANSTAR GLOBAL Inc., a company in Ontario, Canada ("we"), for your use of KHANSTAR, its courses, coaching and AI coach. By creating an account, paying or using KHANSTAR you accept them. If you do not agree, do not use KHANSTAR.

Your account

  • You need an account to watch lessons. You are responsible for everything done with it; keep your sign-in details to yourself.
  • One account is for one person. Sharing an account, or recording, downloading or sharing lessons, is not allowed: we may suspend or close the account at once, without a refund.
  • You must be 16 or older, or use KHANSTAR with a parent or guardian who accepts these terms for you.

What you get

  • Free: the first lessons of every course.
  • Single course: one course, yours to keep. It stays in your account for as long as KHANSTAR runs; if KHANSTAR ever closes, we will tell you at least 30 days before.
  • Course + coaching: the course, yours to keep, plus live help with Khalid and the AI coach, billed every month until you cancel. When you cancel, coaching ends at the end of the month you paid for and you keep the course.

Coaching

  • Live sessions are booked in Khalid's calendar and depend on his availability. A session you miss is lost.
  • Khalid may move a session; he will then offer you another time.
  • The AI coach answers from the course and can make mistakes. Check anything important with Khalid.
  • We may change what coaching includes; coaching students are told before a change starts.

Payments

Payments are made through Stripe. Prices are shown before you pay. Coaching renews automatically every month until you cancel it in your account. Every sale is final: see the refund policy. If a payment fails or is disputed, the access paid with it is paused.

The content

KHANSTAR GLOBAL Inc. owns the courses, videos, slides and everything else on KHANSTAR. You get a personal licence, which you cannot pass on, to watch them for your own learning. You may not copy, download, resell, share or publish them, teach them to others or use them to train AI. Videos carry a personal watermark so leaks can be traced: a leak closes the account without a refund and may lead to legal action.

Results and health

Courses teach skills; your results depend on your own work, and no income, business or other result is promised. Lessons, coaching and the AI coach give general teaching, never medical, legal, financial or tax advice. For physical training, start gently, stop if something hurts and ask a doctor first if you have a health condition.

Our responsibility

KHANSTAR is provided as it is. We work to keep it running but do not promise that it is always available or free of errors. As far as the law allows, we are not responsible for indirect losses, such as lost profit or data, and our total responsibility for any claim is limited to what you paid us in the 12 months before it. Nothing here removes rights that the law does not allow us to remove.

Ending your access

You may stop using KHANSTAR and delete your account at any time; deleting it is not a refund. We may suspend or close an account that breaks these terms, misuses payments or harms other students, without a refund.

Law, changes and contact

These terms follow the laws of Ontario and Canada, and disputes go to the courts of Ontario, unless the law of your country gives you another right. We may update these terms: the new date shows on this page, and using KHANSTAR after a change means you accept it. Questions: khansport.life@gmail.com.
